Algiers, Sept 14, SPA -- Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has deplored the blast incidents which have recently taken place in Algeria. The remarks of the Qatari Emir came in a telephone conversation to Algerian President Abdulaziz Boutaflika yesterday.
