Amman, JULY 22, SPA -- Jordanian Foreign Minister Abdul Ilah Khatibconferred in Amman Sunday with the Speaker of the Israeli parliament(Knesset), Dalia Itzik, on latest moves to spur the stalled peacenegotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, DPA QUOTED anofficial statement as saying. It said Khatib stressed the need to go ahead with politicalnegotiations that led, within a given timetable to "a just anddurable solution for the Palestinian question in the run-up for thesetting up of an independent Palestinian state".
