MOSCOW, July 23, SPA -- Russian authorities have detained 20 suspects in an attack on a camp of anti-nuclear protesters in Siberia that left one environmentalist dead and seven injured, police said Monday. Two of those detainees have been charged with premeditated infliction of bodily harm leading to death, German Strublin, the Irkutsk regional police spokesman, told The Associated Press.
