Riyadh,July 04 , SPA -- Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General commented here last night on the 2nd Extraordinary meeting of the GCC Defense and Foreign Affairs Ministers and the Chiefs of the National Security Councils, affirming that the Arab Countries of the Gulf are undoubtedly forming an undivided bloc. "This unity of the GCC countries prompted convening of the joint meeting of the Defense and Foreign Affairs Ministers as well as the chiefs of the national security," he noted. In reply to a question concerning the discussion of Al-Jazeerah Shield Forces, Prince Abdulrahman said "this is natural as the discussion is in favor of developing these forces." Prince Abdulrahman said "the adjourned joint meeting with foreign ministers was a scheduled one. They (the Ministers of foreign affairs) will convene when it is deemed necessary," he said in reply to a question raised concerning the delay in the Foreign Ministers meeting. Prince Abdulrahman said the meeting discussed all issues pertaining to the Middle East. In reply to another question about the GCC efforts to stop the sectarian struggle in Iraq and its spread in the GCC countries, Prince Abdulrahman said "Any person with a rational thinking will act against sectarian conflicts among Iraqis.
