Riyadh, Oct 4, SPA -- Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation, left here Monday for Kuwait to participate in the 23rd meeting of the Defense Ministers of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), starting its deliberations later today. The meeting will be chaired by Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Defense Minister. Prince Abdulrahman is accompanied by a high-ranking military delegation.
