ON HIS PART, PRINCE TURKI BIN MOHAMMED BIN SAUD AL-KABEER, THE ASSISTANT UNDER SECRETARY OF THE FOREIGN MINISTRY FOR POLITICAL AFFAIRS AND HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, PRAISED THE EXISTING STRONG GULF-EUROPEAN RELATIONS, AND SAID THESE RELATIONS ARE DEEP-ROOTED AND GO BACK TO SEVERAL YEARS IN THE PAST. HE REITERATED THE KEENNESS OF THE GULF OFFICIALS ON FURTHER CEMENTING RELATIONS WITH EUROPE. "IN THE LIGHT OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL AND SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTION WITNESSED BY THE WORLD, THE WORLD HAS BECOME A SMALL VILLAGE WITHIN EVERYONE'S REACH, AND WHAT HAPPENS IN A PART OF THE WORLD WILL DEFINITELY HAVE AN INFLUENCE ON THE OTHER PART," HE SAID. HE NOTED THAT THE FORUM EMBODIES THE GREAT ATTENTION GIVEN BY THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ TO THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION.
