2 Islamabad Haq said that sharing of thoughts with Canadian friends on different areas of Pakistan-Canada relations, particularly on security perception and military cooperation was not only heartening but also reassuring. He added that institutionalized interaction at the highest military forum would pave way for furthering the partnership of the two countries. Later, Haq held a round of discussion with National Security Adviser and Associate Secretary to the Cabinet, Margaret Bloodworth, which was also attended by the Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Canadian Prime Minister. Both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual concern.
