Riyadh, Mar 31, SPA - Saudi Newspapers, in their editorials today, affirmed that the Arab leaders have shown exceptional wisdom and absolute solidarity in opting for action-oriented and practical solutions to key Arab issues at their historic 19th Arab Summit, which concluded its deliberations last Thursday under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz. 'Al-Riyadh' newspaper said today the 19th Arab summit owes its success not to the place or the time when it was convened, but to all Arab leaders who shouldered their responsibilities toward reaching correct paths of action. "In the context of present challenges such as Israel and echoes of the Arab peace initiative, the summit responded by saying it has five-year phased plans for this purpose." The paper concluded: "Riyadh's summit alone has tackled the existing problems, and it is now up to every Arab leader to deal with it through consensus rather than dissension."--MORE www.spa.gov.sa/437091
