For its part, the Jeddah-based 'Al-Madinah' newspaper said Riyadh's summit is new and different from the past 18 summits, firstly by exceeding its regional perspective as an Arab summit, and then assuming its universal coverage with the attendance of presidents, heads of state, as well as international and regional organizations from Asia, Africa, Europe and America.
