DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan, September 1, SPA -- A suicide bombing killed four Pakistani troops near the Afghan border on Saturday, as tribal elders met with militants elsewhere inthe troubled northwest of the country to seek the releaseof at least 120 Pakistani soldiers, officials said. Maj. Gen. Wahid Arshad said a suicide car bomber rammedinto a security forces' vehicle in Bajur tribal region onSaturday around 10 a.m., killing four Pakistani FrontierConstabulary troops, and wounding three others.
