COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, May 06, SPA -- A vehicle carrying police commandos hit a land mine Sunday in eastern Sri Lanka, killing three, the military said. Four other commandos were injured in the blast triggered by Tamil Tiger rebels in Kokkadicholai in Batticaloa district, an official at the Media Center for National Security said on condition of anonymity in accordance with policy.
