COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, July 10, SPA -- A roadside bomb hit a medical vehicle in a Tamil rebel-held region of northern Sri Lanka on Tuesday, killing five people, the rebels said, blaming Sri Lankan soldiers. The military said it was unaware of the blast, according to a report of the Associated Press. The vehicle was carrying a medical team of rebels andcivilians to a health camp when the blast occurred inMankulam village, the rebels said in an e-mailed statement. Government soldiers infiltrated the rebel territory andcarried out the blast, the statement alleged. However, military spokesman Brig.
