ALGIERS, Algeria, April 11, SPA -- An explosion rocked the prime minister's office in the Algerian capital Wednesday. A fire officer said at least 10 people were killed by the blast, which the prime minister called a «cowardly, criminal terrorist act.» The Associated Press quoted Prime Minister Abdelaziz Belkhadem as saying that the explosion caused deaths and injuries inside the building, but he did not say how many.
