TEL AVIV, AUG 13, SPA -- Security guards at Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office detected «suspicious material» Sunday in the shoes of an Arab man waiting to enter the building, aspokeswoman said. Sappers took the shoes and carried out a controlledexplosion. Three loud booms were heard. Police announcedover loudspeaker that visitors were not allowed to leavethe building for the time being.
