ANKARA, Turkey, Mar 27, SPA -- Britain wants the dispute over Iran's capture of British sailors and marines to be resolved «swiftly and peacefully,» the foreign secretary said Tuesday. «We will continue to leave the door open for aconstructive outcome of these difficulties between Iran and the United Kingdom,» Margaret Beckett said during a visit to Turkey. «But I think it is clear that is in everyone'sinterest for this matter speedily and peacefully to beresolved.» Iran said Tuesday that the 15 British sailors and marines it detained last week were in good health, have been treated in a humane manner and that the only female sailor among them had been given privacy.
