COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, Dec 14, SPA -- A breakaway rebel faction said Thursday it killed 20 members of the mainstream Tamil rebel group during a raid on a camp. There was no independent confirmation of the raid ineastern Batticaloa, and a person who answered the telephone at mainstream headquarters in Kilinochchi said leaders there were not immediately available for comment.
