SEOUL, May 16, SPA - South Korean Foreign Minister Song Min-soon expressed his hopes that North Korea's funds frozen at a Macau bank would soon be released to overcome a major hurdle to the North's denuclearization process, saying he did not expect resolution of the issue to take months, reported South Korean news agency Yonhap. He made the remarks one day after the North's Foreign Ministry said that "work is now underway" to transfer its US$25 million at Banco Delta Asia (BDA) in Macau to a different account in a third country.
