COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, Oct 16, SPA -- Sixty-three sailors were killed in a suicide blast triggered by Tamil Tiger rebels in central Sri Lanka on Monday, a navy official said. The explosion occurred near the town of Dambulla, a navy official said on condition of anonymity in line with the agency's policy. Military spokesman Brig.
