Baghdad, Jan 11, SPA -- Ten Iraqi pilgrims were killed and 14 injured when their bus was attacked yesterday night by unidentified armed men in a desert area of the western city of Karbala in Iraq. The medical sources in Karbala expected that this figure will increase due to the seriousness of some injuries. A source in the Karbala province stated that unknown masked gunmen attacked Iraqi pilgrims who were on their way back to their city after performing Hajj. "This attack resulted in the death ten pilgrims and caused injuries to 14 others, including a member of the House of Representatives.
