KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, Oct 18, SPA -- A rocket hit a house during a nighttime clash between suspected Taliban insurgents and NATO and Afghan security forces in a southern Afghan village, police said Wednesday. A resident said 13 villagers, including women and children, died, the Associated Press reported. At least one Taliban militant was also killed and threepolice wounded in Tajikai village in southern Helmandprovince, said provincial police chief Ghulam NabiMalakhel.
