A three-member bench of the Supreme Court in Islamabad upheld the sentences passed down by military courts, Chief Justice Iftikar Muhammad Chaudhry said. Earlier, a High Court in Lahore also rejected appeals bythe convicts, on the grounds that it had no jurisdiction tohear cases already decided by a military court, the Associated Press reported.--SPA www.spa.gov.sa/392252
