United Nations, Sept 9, SPA -- U.N. Deputy Secretary-General Mark Malloch Brown will go to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) this weekend to participate in a joint conference with the Iraqi government on the Iraq Compact, the United Nations announced Friday. The Compact, an initiative launched last July, was set up with the help of the United Nations and the World Bank to help Iraq recover economically and re-emerge as a player in the international community.
