COLOMBO, Sri Lanka, Aug 14, SPA -- An auto rickshaw packed with explosives blew up on a crowded road in downtown Colombo, ripping through cars and killing at least seven people, witnesses and a military official said. The blast occurred as a motorcade carrying the PakistaniHigh Commissioner's family was passing through the area,although it was not clear if any of the envoy's relativeswere among the casualties, the military official said.
