Shubukshi lauded the report of the UN’s secretary general which called for ending the Israeli aggression and taking brave measures by the international community to resolve the Palestinian problem. He said the comprehensive war launched by Israel on Lebanon and Gaza could never be justified. "The international relations are currently facing critical circumstances due to the logic of force in defiance of the law, norms and human values’, he said. He criticized the dual policies and wrong interpretations of the concept of self-defense stipulated in the UN’s convention.
