KUALA LUMPUR, APRIL 26, SPA -- U.S. SECRETARY OF STATECONDOLEEZZA RICE WILL ATTEND A KEY SOUTHEAST ASIAN SECURITY MEETING IN MALAYSIA IN JULY TO DISCUSS TERRORISM, SURGING OIL PRICES AND OTHER ISSUES, MALAYSIA’S FOREIGN MINISTER SAID WEDNESDAY.
