Al-Quds city, October 15, SPA -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's vehicle was briefly diverted into an Israeli firestation on Monday due to security concerns as she traveledto the West Bank for talks with Palestinian officials. Her motorcade stopped near a crossing point into the WestBank as security officials investigated a suspiciousvehicle, said police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby. It turnedout to be a false alarm, he said.
