Oslo, Jan 19, SPA -- Peace broker Norway expressed hopes on Thursday of bolstering a ragged ceasefire between Tamil Tiger rebels and government forces in talks in Sri Lanka next week but played down expectations of any breakthroughs. "What could hopefully be achieved through this visit is some kind of understanding between the parties on how they would stabilize the ceasefire," Norwegian Minister of International Development Erik Solheim told reporters, according to a report of Reuters. --SPA 13 54 Local Time 10 54 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/319821
