Beijing, Jan 26, SPA -- China urged countries on Thursday to consider a Russian proposal to defuse Iran's nuclear stalemate, as its top nuclear envoy Ali Larijani sat down for talks in Beijing. China's Foreign Ministry spokesman also urged all sides to intensify diplomatic efforts to end the dispute.
