Tehran, Jan 27, SPA -- Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, urged here an overall study on Russian proposal on Iran's uranium enrichment in partnership with Moscow. The secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani, made the disclosure during a press conference after returning from China. "The Russian plan can be a good primary idea but it includes important points which should be regarded as general. The two sides should bring their views on trend of nuclear talks closer," he was quoted as saying by the Iranian News Agency (IRNA). Larijani said, "But what is important is that the Russian proposal cannot settle all issues by itself. It should be completed by other measures and this needs more talks." It is worth mentioning that according to the Russian proposal, the uranium enrichment process will be inside Russia to make sure that there is no intention by Iran to produce any nuclear weapon. --SPA 13 50 Local Time 10 50 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/321588
