Cairo, Nov 20, SPA -- Voters in nine provinces headed topolling stations Sunday in the second round of Egypt'sparliamentary election. There are 1,706 candidates competing in 72 constituenciesin the nine second-round provinces. Candidates associated with the Brotherhood, won 34 seats in the first round of the elections on Nov. 9, more than doubling its representation in the outgoingparliament, according to a report of the Associated Press.
