Beijing, Sept 13, SPA -- Negotiations aimed at ending North Korea'snuclear weapons aspirations resumed Tuesday after a month long recess, The Associated Press reported. Envoys from China, Japan, Russia, the United States andthe two Koreas all clasped hands together at a stateguesthouse in Beijing before heading into a closed-doorsession to continue the fourth round of talks since 2003. Last month, negotiators took a break after a record 13 daysof meetings failed to yield an agreement on a statement ofprinciples to lay the foundation for the North Korea's disarmament.
