On the economic relations between the Kingdom and India, the ambassador said India constitutes the fourth partner of the Kingdom in the field of trade exchange, while the Kingdom ranks the 15th in the list of markets India has been dealing with. He said that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to about $6.63 billion within the years 2003 and 2004. The Indian ambassador reiterated the keenness of his country on enhancing cooperation with the Kingdom in the domains of trade, economy, sciences, technology as well as scientific research, especially agricultural research, information technology and telecommunications.
