"I would like to emphasize that Afghanistan will not goback ... The progress we have made can never be reversedregardless of how hard the terrorists and the enemies ofAfghanistan try," spokesman Jawed Ludin told reporters."The elections in Afghanistan will take place. Theelections will be successful."
