killer SAN`A, April 23, SPA -- A Yemeni court on Saturday upheld thedeath sentence of a Muslim extremist convicted of killing apolitician in 2002 and of coordinating the plot that killedthree American missionaries. The appeals court reaffirmed a 2003 verdict, finding Alial-Jarallah guilty of the Dec. 28, 2002, assassination ofYemeni Socialist Party deputy secretary-general JarallahOmar during a political conference.
