Riyadh, Dec 20, SPA -- Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz , the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has received a written message from Chadian President Idriss Deby. The message was delivered to Prince Sultan by Abu Bakr Minani, the Special Advisor of the Chadian President, during a meeting here today.
