London, July 13, SPA -- Prime Minister Tony Blair said Wednesdaythat his government would begin consultation on newanti-terrorism legislation in the next few weeks, followinglast week's bombings in London. Addressing the House of Commons, Blair also pledgeddialogue with Britain's Muslim community.
