Wagah, Sept 12, SPA -- India and Pakistan on Monday begantheir biggest prisoner exchange since the launch of peacetalks last year, bringing hundreds of fishermen, farmersand others imprisoned for illegal entry and other crimes totheir main border crossing to let them return home. The hand-over began with 64 Indian prisoners who crossedinto India via the Wagah crossing, said Kamal Shah,secretary of Pakistan's Interior Ministry.
