NEW DELHI, July 21, SPA -- The top diplomats of India and Pakistanbegan Monday a new round of peace talks. The talks, led by Indian Foreign Secretary ShivshankarMenon and his Pakistani counterpart, Salman Bashir, arepart of a peace process between the two neighbouring countries.
