Turkish prime minister to begin two-day visit to Hungary

Budapest, May 12, SPA -- Turkish Prime Minister RecepTayyip Erdogan was to begin a two-day visit to Hungary onThursday. Erdogan is scheduled to meet with his Hungariancounterpart, Ferenc Gyurcsany, and other officialsincluding President Ferenc Madl and Parliamentary SpeakerKatalin Szili. Erdogan's trip also will include visits to several localTurkish historical landmarks. Hungary recently reiterated its support for Turkey'sefforts to join the European Union.
