Al-Quds city, March 20, SPA -- Israeli and Palestinian securitycommanders scheduled a meeting Sunday with the aim ofcompleting the handover of the West Bank town of Tulkaremto Palestinian security control. Tulkarem would be the second West Bank town to betransferred to Palestinian control under a Feb. 8 agreementbetween Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinianleader Mahmoud Abbas.
