Moscow, April 7, SPA -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Moscow on April 19-20 to prepare for upcoming presidential talks, her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov said Thursday. Her visit precedes celebrations in the capital May 9 marking the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe that will be attended by world leaders including U.S. President George W. Bush.
