resolve crisis Vienna, Austria, March 25, SPA -- The chief of Europe's leadingsecurity organization will travel to Kyrgyzstan for talkson resolving the crisis in the Central Asian country, thegroup said Friday. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europewill dispatch its secretary general, Jan Kubis, to offerhis help in restoring stability to Kyrgyzstan. Kubis is a fluent Russian speaker and expert on theregion. He launched a similar diplomatic effort in Ukrainelast year. The OSCE has already sent Alojz Peterle, a former foreignminister from Slovenia, to help contribute to peacefulefforts to resolve the conflict.
