Berlin, April 11, SPA -- South Korean president Roh Moo-hyun received military honors as he arrived to meet President HorstKoehler Monday, part of a five-day visit to Germany that isexpected to include talks about North Korea's nuclearprogram. Roh was also to meet Wednesday with Chancellor GerhardSchroeder for a discussion on bilateral issues and NorthKorea's nuclear ambitions before heading to Turkey onThursday.
