crimes tribunal Belgrade, Serbia-Montenegro, Feb 28, SPA -- A retired Bosnian Serbgeneral, who was charged by the U.N. war crimes tribunalfor alleged involvement in atrocities against BosnianMuslims in 1995, will surrender to the court in theNetherlands on Monday, Serbia's government said. Gen. Radivoj Miletic, a former deputy chief-of-staff ofthe Bosnian Serb army, was recently charged by the tribunalin The Hague along with two other Bosnian Serb wartimegenerals, Milan Gvero and Zdravko Tolimir, for their partin the massacre of more than 7,000 Muslims in Srebrenica inJuly 1995. Gvero surrendered to The Hague court authorities last weekwhile Miletic agreed last Friday to also give himself up,the Serbian government said.
