Baghdad, Jan 5, SPA -- A car bomb exploded outside a policeacademy south of Baghdad Wednesday, killing at least 20people, a police official said. The bomb exploded outside a gate of the academy in Hillah,about 95 kilometers (60 miles) south of Baghdad, saidpolice Capt. Hady Hatef.
