New Delhi, May 23, SPA -- China's defense chief arrived in IndiaMonday for a six-day visit aimed at boosting military tiesbetween the two Asian powers, officials said. Gen. Liang Guanglie was scheduled to hold meetings withIndia's defense minister, Pranab Mukherjee, and the headsof the Indian army, navy and air force, said Lt. Col. B.M.Mehta, a defense ministry spokesman.
