Cairo, Feb 15, SPA -- President Hosni Mubarak made a minorreshuffle to his government on Tuesday, swapping theministers of information and youth, the country'ssemi-official news agency reported. The new minister of information is Anas el-Fiqqi and thenew minister of youth is Mamdouh el-Beltagui, the MiddleEast News Agency reported. Previously each minister had theother's portfolio.
