Istanbul, April 30, SPA -- Foreign Ministers of countries neighboring Iraq held a meeting here today to review means of assisting Iraq in the restoration of stability. The Foreign Ministers held the first meeting in Turkey in 2003. Meanwhile, the Associated Press quoted Turkey's prime minister as saying that Iraq's stability is "not solely the concern of the Iraqis but ours as well." "Iraq cannot be a place where one entity prevails overthe others, nor can it be a place divided up as desired,"Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said as heopened the conference in Dolmabahce Palace.
