The blast occurred in Fatha district, 25 kilometers (15miles) north of Beiji, on a pipeline that runs to thenorthern city of Kirkuk, an official from the Northern OilCo. said on condition of anonymity. Beiji is 250 kilometers(155 miles) north of Baghdad.
