Kirkuk, Iraq, Nov 23, SPA -- An ethnic Turkish contractor who works with U.S. forces was kidnapped from his family home Tuesdayin the northern city of Kirkuk, police said. The Turkoman, identified as Dhia al-Naftachi, holdscontracts with U.S. forces at their central Iraqi bases inTikrit and Balad, said Col. Anwar Hassan with the Kirkukpolice.
